Warranty Policy
Standard Warranty
All services performed through Book My Garrage come with a 30-day / 1,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) on labour and parts used.
What's Covered
- Defective parts replaced during service
- Labour charges for re-work on the same issue
- Engine protection on major services (periodic, engine overhaul)
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Issues unrelated to the original service performed
- Consumables (oil, coolant, brake fluid, etc.)
Extended Warranty
Premium services may include an extended warranty of up to 6 months / 10,000 km. Check your service receipt for specific warranty terms.
How to Claim Warranty
Contact us within the warranty period with your booking code and details of the issue. Our team will arrange a free inspection and resolution.
