Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Amount
- Cancellation before service: Full refund
- Cancellation during service: Pro-rated refund based on work completed
- Warranty claim: Full or partial refund based on assessment
Non-Refundable Items
Parts already installed, consumables used during service, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
